RETURNED CHEQUE:

A £35.00 return cheque(bank charged) fee will be charged on any returned cheque. Cheque writer is also responsible for all other costs of collection. Repayment must be in certified funds of GBP.

RUSH ORDERS:

Bath Thyme handmade products are produced, packaged and shipped on a first come first serve basis. Because our products use organic plant and flower essential oils, so we make fresh products for longer shelf life. The order will take around 3 weeks or more depending on existing stock and availability of our packaging which is all hand made. If you need your order ASAP, we suggest using our Rush Order Option. Our Rush Order option has a £10 extra charge and will move your order to the top of our priority list for immediate processing. We do ship all over the world, International destinations depend on the weight and country; please contact info@bathyme.co.uk regarding shipping costs. Orders outside the EEC are not subject to VAT and therefore 17.5% will be deducted from the cost of the order, however you are liable for the VAT and custom charge with in the country.

Orders are generally processed either the day of receipt or the next working day and are dispatched to the recipient via Carrier Service. Depending on availability of the stocks However, there may be a delay at peak times or around Bank Holidays. Please allow 1 week for delivery.

Please bare in mind, Bath Thyme products are using organic plant and flower and essential oil, so we make fresh products, for longer shelf life. The order for wholesale will take around 3 weeks or more depending on the stock and availability of our packaging which is all hand made.

If your package appears to have damaged upon receipt, please retain all packaging material including the original box, padding, etc. If possible, please take a digital photo of the package and content for insurance purposes.
